Are pets allowed in the places?

We understand that pets are part of the family, but our current policy does not allow pets in the properties. We hope this does not inconvenience you and that you will still choose to stay with us.

Can I arrange additional services such as housekeeping or chef services during my stay?

Indeed, to make your stay as enjoyable and hassle-free as possible, we offer a range of additional services, including housekeeping, private chefs... These services can be requested at the time of booking or anytime before your stay begins. Please be aware that additional fees may apply, but these services are well worth the investment for the convenience and enhanced experience they provide.

Are there any shops, restaurants and drugstores nearby?

Absolutely! While offering serene locations all our properties are strategically located to ensure you have convenient access to shops, restaurants, and drugstores, allowing you to enjoy both the tranquillity of your private property and the convenience of nearby amenities.

Are there any additional fees or taxes I should be aware of?

Transparency is key to us. All taxes, including VAT and tourist taxes, are included in the final price. There are no hidden fees, so you can book with confidence knowing exactly what the cost will be. The only additional tax will be tourist tax required by the city for some places.

Can I cancel or modify my reservation?

Flexibility is important, and we aim to accommodate changes whenever possible. However, cancellation and modification policies may vary between places. We recommend reviewing the specific terms of your booking or contract for detailed information on possible options.

Is there a minimum stay requirement for booking places?

Yes, to fully immerse yourself in the stay experience, we require a minimum stay of 4 to 5 days depending on the property. This duration allows you to fully enjoy the amenities and surroundings. 

There is also a maximum of 30 days but if interested you can contact us directly to discuss longer stays.
