Although situated 5min drive or 20min walk away from Varenna train station we recommend coming by car for your comfort and to be able to fully explore the area.

The Place

The appartement is 82m2, has recently been refurbished and is fully air-conditioned throughout, has private WIFI access, flat screen TV and a fully equipped open plan kitchen.

A 30m2 private decked terrace offers a stunning panoramic view on Como lake, Varenna, Bellagio and the mountains around. And a rather large, gated private garden with lake view accessible from the rooms and terrace completes the experience.
The main bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom offers an added touch of versatility, with a twin set of single joinable beds. There are as well two convertible sofa beds in the living room. Both bedrooms have direct access to a private garden and are very bright and fitted. Both bathrooms are fitted with a shower and a toilet.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, an oven and a hob, a microwave, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, a washing machine and everything needed for an effortless carefree stay is here.

Providing an exclusive setting from which to savour a glass of wine or a summertime feast with amazing sunsets, the private decked terrace and garden are furnished for relaxed alfresco sitting, with dining furniture, a large gas BBQ and a shady sun canopy to hand. The large flat sunny lawn and decked terrace make it extremely child-friendly, whilst the mature olive trees offer an authentic taste of ‘la Dolce Vita’ within this exclusive modern holiday heaven.

Location

The residence is located outside the town centre and is thus very quiet and relaxing. The flat is 20min uphill walk from Varenna train station as well as a frequent car and passenger ferry service. The train is ideal for reaching Milan in 1h, whilst the ferry from Varenna provides a carefree way in which to reach the attractions of Menaggio, Bellagio and Tremezzina in 10, 15 and 20min ferry ride respectively from Varenna. However guests are recommended to come by car due to the residence’s hillside location. Private parking is on hand just in front of the gated garden making it easy for loading/unloading. Taxis are available in the area if you don't have a car.

- 5min walk from Perledo town center, 20min from Varenna bars and restaurant.
- 1h15 drive from Milano center or 1h30 from Milano Malpensa/Linate Airport.
- 1h05 train ride from Milano Centrale to Varenna station + 20min walk (steep walk uphill).

The price includes a professional cleaning of the flat, linen and towels and in person welcome assistance on arrival.
We can offer guests grocery deliveries including starter pack or lunch picnics at an additional cost.

The Italian law requires us to get a copy of the booking holder passeport as well as enter the name and date of birth of all guests into the local police web portal. You will be asked to provide these details one week before check-in.
